With more than 30 years of supply chain experience, Jorge successfully led global teams for a range of business objectives. His origin story may be based in supply chain and inventory optimization, but his hero arc evolved to include larger and larger strategic projects that represented make-or-break moments for the respective enterprises he was supporting, including industry behemoths Ericsson and Medtronic!

Jorge has laser focus on defining KPIs, identifying the greatest areas for positive fiscal impact, and an unshakeable belief in leading by example. This dedication enabled him to not only clear every hurdle laid out by senior leaders, but transform teams and organizations for the better in the process.
